This week I want to update you all on a few behind-the-scenes things happening at Dad Certified!

We know you love seeing behind the curtains of running a small business (thanks for all the feedback!) and it will also explain why we haven't been on socials much this week! (It's been a full one! 😅)

Mother's Day Product:

Exciting news! Our Mother's Day product design is almost complete and will be going to print next week! 👏

We can’t wait to spill the beans on it soon, but for now I’ll let you in on a little secret… it’s called the "Making Mum's Day" Diary, and my wife, Larissa, is VERY excited to own one! 😉

Dads, you’re going to want to order one of these when they become available – trust me!

New Shipping Partner:

We've officially switched to a new shipping partner with more reliable dispatch times and the ability to ship Express Post! 🙌

In fact, all new orders to WA are currently being upgraded to Express for no extra charge! 😲

This is temporary to mitigate the logistics delays Australia is currently seeing with standard postage to WA. Make the most of this for a limited time!

We're also now shipping worldwide with DHL. If your country isn't available at checkout, let us know and we'll see what we can do. 🌎

While we're no longer using Amazon to ship orders placed on our website, you can still use Amazon to order and it may even be faster for some city locations (check ETA on Amazon) and, for our American friends, we've even got a few Dadventure Diaries on Amazon in the United States!

Instant Cameras:

More exciting news: We're about to partner with Fujifilm and will be stocking Instant Cameras (and film) to bundle with our Diaries! 📸

We’ve had so many requests for this so we decided to finally make it happen for you all!

In our experience, instant cameras are SO worth getting along with our Diaries.

On our Date Night last week (which was sort of like a Dadventure/Date Night hybrid because we took the kids along haha), I said to Larissa “Ahhh, there’s just something about film cameras, isn’t there?” as I watched the instant camera print a picture of our boys playing in the rock pools. 

The biggest benefit?

Apart from just being downright fun, instant cameras make the process of filling in your Diaries (and, you know… creating the lifelong photo album/keepsake) SO easy. 👌

Many of the Dadventures I’ve been on where I thought “Oh I’ll just take photos on my phone and print them later”… well, they’re still waiting for me to print and stick in the photos. 😅
