Official Giveaway Rules

1. Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to all Australian residents of 12 years of age or older except all employees of the Promoter (Dad Certified) and their immediate families subject to the below conditions.

3. Each quarterly giveaway period begins on the first day of each quarter of the year and ends at midnight on the last day of each quarter of the year as per below (entries for the final Customer Appreciation Giveaway closed on 30/06/2024):

Quarter 1: 1st January to 31st March.
Quarter 2: 1st April to 30th June.
Quarter 3: 1st July to 30th September.
Quarter 4: 1st October to 31st December.

4. To enter the giveaway, participants need to leave a verified review for a product previously purchased from https://dadcertified.store by submitting their review via a link emailed to them or through the Customer Reviews section on the product page found at any of the following links (but not limited to these products):

To ensure your review has the verified status either;

6. The maximum number of entries into the giveaway by any one person is two per product purchased (a verified review with at least one valid photo or video).

7. Quarterly giveaway winner/s will be randomly drawn within 5 business days following the end of each quarterly giveaway period, at Long Jetty, NSW, Australia. The first and last names, state and closest major city of each giveaway winner may be published on this webpage, the Dad Certified Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/dad_certified/, in the Dad Certified Email Newsletter, and will be notified personally via email and/or SMS within 5 business days of the draw taking place.

9. The total value of all prizes under this permit will be capped at $500 AUD per quarterly giveaway period, including postage fees. This is subject to change quarter to quarter.

10. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

11. Prizes will be posted to the winners. If Prizes are not claimed within 7 days of the draw, a re-draw will take place at the same place and time 7 days after the last draw and the winner/s will be contacted and names published as described above. This will be repeated until all prizes are claimed.

12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails or mail.

13. If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.
