They have a vision to empower every child in Australia to reach their full potential.

They do this by supporting vulnerable children to recover and thrive.

So, who are they?

They are Barnardos Australia, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families in need.

Why am I telling you this?

Well, this week here at Dad Certified, we had the privilege of donating over $5000 to Barnardos Australia on behalf of all our customers!

So, THANK YOU! You're the best!

We believe that families are SO important.

We've spent hundreds of hours developing products that will positively impact families and we're not willing to stop there.

You may have already seen on our website or in the front cover of your Dad Certified diary, but for every product sold, Dad Certified donates a portion of our profits on your behalf.

We love the work that Barnados is doing here in Australia (and around the world).

Last year Barnardos helped more than 14,000 children, young people and their families.

Here's Sherryn's story, just one example of thousands:

"When I came to Barnardos, Layla was two and I was pregnant with Stephen and we were homeless and living in my car. I was going around in circles. My family was going around in circles. Barnardos helped me break that cycle. Without them, I wouldn’t be here with my kids today."

It is so heartwarming to know that for every diary sold, we get to provide support like this to those in need.

• Hobby Night 🎮 (Show an interest in each other's hobbies (gaming, yoga, baking, lego...) do something together that you usually do alone.)

• Bug Catching 🐛 (Great for any age, get up close to nature and learn more about it with your kids!)
  
  
• Boating 🚤 (Whether it's a fishing trip, skiing lesson, find a friend with a boat or hire one. Usually good for kids 5+. Don't forget the PFD!)
