Pre-Valentine's Day (14th Feb) Delivery - Order Cut-Off*

For Metro delivery to NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT & SA:
order with Standard shipping by midnight, Monday, 5th February*; or
order with Express shipping by midnight, Thursday, 8th February*.

For Metro delivery to WA, TAS & NT:
with Standard shipping by midnight, Thursday, 1st February*; or
with Express shipping before midnight, Monday, 5th February*.

For deliveries to non-metro and regional areas, we recommend placing your order a few business days in advance of the above dates.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are in-stock and ready to send. If you want each individual item to arrive as soon as they are available, please separate your order into multiple orders. If you have already placed your order as one single order, contact us to see if it can be split.

Same Day Dispatch (For Order Placed Before 10am Sydney Time)*

Most domestic orders are shipped the same day if the order is received before 10:00 AM Sydney time. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. All orders containing in-stock items are usually processed and delivered within the times suggested in the table below. Delivery times include processing and shipping. During peak sales season, orders can be delayed. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped. If you have not been notified within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

International Shipping (New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe)

We offer international shipping from Australia to some countries including New Zealand, the United States of America (USA), Canada, the United Kingdom and parts of Europe and Asia as well as Israel and the UAE. If you would like to order from a different country or live in Europe or Asia and your country is not showing at checkout, please contact us to see what we can do.

Shipping charges for international orders and estimated delivery times are shown in the table below or calculated at checkout based on weight. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST or VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dad Certified is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving your tracking number. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
