Absolutely, for orders over $150, we'll ship your Dad Certified goodies for free within Australia. For orders under $150, it's a flat rate of $10.50. Think of it as a small contribution to fuel our delivery kangaroo. You have the option for Express Shipping too!

🚀 How quickly can I start my adventures after ordering?

If you place your order before 10 am Sydney time, we'll dispatch your order faster than a superhero changing in a phone booth – on the same day!* For orders placed later, we'll send them the next business day. Remember, even superheroes need a little rest! See our Shipping Policy for details. (*While rare, it can be tough to find a free phone booth during rush hour.)

🔄 What if I change my mind or got the wrong item?

No worries! We accept returns within 30 days after delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition. Just contact us, and we'll help sort it out.

🔍 How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. It'll be easier to track than a cricket ball hit for 6 just before stumps. And, if you have any issues with delivery, you can contact us, or Australia Post directly.
