What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been!
Our family is finally emerging from the depths of covid isolation after getting hit with covid, conjunctivitis and sinus infections all at once.
Not to the mention the torrential rain which meant we could barley use the backyard through it all.
Not that we wanted to even get out of bed in the morning.
But, when you have young kids, “It’s gotta be done!”, as Bandit would say.
A few blessings through it all though!
First, I literally bought a dryer and set it up the day before we started getting symptoms (thank you Aldi Special Buys!).
So, despite the non-stop rain and lack of energy we’ve had clean and dry clothes, towels, and bedding.
Secondly, we have such loving and caring family and friends who brought us meals, medicine and even a new doona! Thank you so much, forever grateful!
Thirdly, and possibly the biggest blessing was (in case you missed it) I launched the Dadventure Diary right before we got sick AND the launch was a success!!
I can’t say it enough! Thank you everyone who bought a Dadventure Diary during launch week!
I definitely didn’t get around to posting and emailing about it as much as I wanted to (due to feeling like death).
But, I am so excited that so many of you bought one and are coming on this journey with me!
For those interested, we sold 33 Dadventure Diaries during launch week, most were sold on launch day.
While I would have loved to sell out of our initial stock I am thrilled with the result.
Even more exciting news is that the first lot of inventory of diaries are already on there way to me and I should have them by the end of next week!
That’s right your Dadventure Diaries are almost here!
I’ve already received the Dad Joke books and am expecting the parcel packaging to be delivered early next week.
So, all going to plan I’ll have your Dadventure Diaries in the post to you in under 2 weeks, possibly sooner!
Here’s an important question for those who bought one: Would you like me to leave any branding off of the parcel?
