How It Works
Step 1: Pick a card, any card
Whether you're able to organise a babysitter or not, pick a card from the STAYING IN DECK or the the GOING OUT DECK. There's 100 diverse date night ideas between them and a few spare cards for you to add in your own favourites.
Step 2: Plan
Gather the items you'll need for your Staying In date night or use the Going Out Check List to ensure you've organised everything before Going Out.
Step 3: Enjoy your Date!
Have fun on your date night adventure! Refer to the included conversation starters to keep your conversations from drifting back to the kids or work. And don't forget to take a few photos to stick in your diary.
Step 4: Save the fun times
Print off and stick in your photos and record your memorable moments together to reflect on in the weeks, months and years to come.

Who is the Date Night Diary for?
The Date Night Diary is for every couple striving to keep their love alive in the thick of parenting.
Why do I need one?
You can come up with 100 date night ideas on your own… or you can let us do it for you! ;)
It can be all too easy to let your relationship take a back seat during the wonderful but wild early parenting years. If we don’t intentionally invest in it, we’ll wake up in 20 years when our kids have left home and realize we’re married to a stranger! This Date Night Diary will be the catalyst for you and your partner in reclaiming Date Night and making time for just the two of you again, because you realize that time is so needed, so underrated and so easily forgotten amid raising your family. Go on, fall wildly in love with each other again.

The Date Night Diary helps you and your partner rebuild the weekly habit of Date Night. We are firm believers that “no babysitter” shouldn’t mean no date! That’s why the Date Night Diary comes with two Date Night Decks of activity cards: GOING OUT and STAYING IN – packed full of date ideas that you’ll actually want to do. Simply pick a card! The diary has space to stick in photos and jot down a few memorable moments from each date, as well as weekly Conversation Starter questions to get you talking about topics other than work and the kids.

So, I'm a dad, dad bod and New Balances included. 3 kids, no money instead of no kids and 3 money.
My wife and I set out this year deliberately to actually date, I've ordered this date book and sorted out a babysitter, life is in progress. While we await our first babysitting session, the staying in date ideas take over and they have been amazing. Read the card a couple of days before date night and organise what you need, make sure to bring up the conversation topic and simply reap the benefits of remembering why you loved someone enough to spend the next 18 years waking up to kids screaming.
100% worth the price, I have no creativity and this has been a godsend to my strong, silent typecast for conversation starters.
